Sound Bath Meditation with Tea!

Welcome to our Sound Bath Meditation with Tea event! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, this event will be held every other Tuesday starting at 7:00 PM (doors are at 6:30) at 1220 Providence Rd. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs (and more!) while sipping on a warm cup of herbal tea. Let go of stress and tension as you sink into a state of deep relaxation. No experience necessary, just come with an open mind and a willingness to unwind. Chairs will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring anything to get comfortable (yoga mat, pillow, or blanket!).

Tickets are sliding scale of $15-$25. We accept cash, checks, and Venmo! You can pay at the door or after the event!

Info: Give yourself enough time to get cozy! We open doors 30 minutes before the sound bath, which gives ample time for you to set up where you would like to sit or lay. And this gives you enough time to sip on some tea before the sound begins!
