Event Description:
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sacred release, reflection, and renewal. This Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra Meditation invites you to gently let go of what no longer serves your highest good, creating space for peace, clarity, and heart-centered healing. Let the sound frequencies take you on a journey into deeper states of peace. In this safe and inclusive circle, we gather in gratitude to still the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart to loving-kindness—raising both personal and collective vibration.
You’ll be guided through a deeply immersive soundscape designed to support expanded states of consciousness and inner balance. The session features:
🌕 Gong
🌕 Quartz crystal singing bowls (specially tuned)
🌕 Tibetan & Himalayan bowls
🌕 Bells, tingsha, shamanic rattles & drum
🌕 Layered Sanskrit mantras
🌕 Live vocal tones and melodic voice transmission to soothe and uplift the energetic field
No prior meditation experience is needed—just a willingness to receive. This is not a movement-based yoga practice, but a restful, meditative experience. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.).
All are welcome: individuals, couples, and small groups. A perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your inner light.
Note:
Please note that per the instructor and to avoid disruption for the other attendees, no attendees will be permitted to join the session after 6:05pm and we will be unable to issue refunds/exchanges/store credit for anyone arriving after 6:05.
During the session, we’ll explore helpful tips to support your personal spiritual and ritual practices. Following the gathering, the Boston Tea Room shop will remain open a bit later, offering attendees a chance to peruse its beautiful array of spiritual tools, treasures, and offerings.

If you are registering for MULTIPLE PEOPLE, please call us and supply their names so we can be sure to save them a spot.
*This is a limited attendance event, and we cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins. We strongly encourage pre-registration to avoid disappointment.
Please note: This class will be held in-person at the Boston Tea Room located at 1220 Woodward Heights in Ferndale, MI 48220. Please pull into the driveway off of Woodward Heights and drive around to the BACK of the building for our free parking lot and entrance. When you arrive, head to the Reception Desk on your left to check in for the class and they will direct you from there. You are welcome to wear a mask if you’d like but they are not required. Please arrive early to check in and get settled in before the session begins promptly at 6:00pm.
Effective as of 3/11/2025: Cancellation Policy- 24 hour notice is required in order to receive a refund, store credit, or exchange for a cancelled registration. To cancel your registration, call 248-548-1415 at least 24 hours prior to the Sound Bath start time.
