Take a break from the hustle and bustle to focus on self-care and sound healing. Let the soothing sounds wash over you and melt away the stress of the week. No experience necessary, just come with an open mind and willingness to relax. Please bring mat and/ or blanket for comfort. Optional eye mask. See you there!
