What is a "Sound Bath"?
It's a form of Meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls to guide you into a deeply relaxed meditative state, and is an incredible tool to help regulate your body's Nervous System. It takes you out of "fight-or-flight" and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + safe within your body...allowing you embody your best self + stand in your power.
