Our monthly Sound Bath Meditation will now be held First Sundays 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM at Darling Yoga with Kirsten Bray.Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound through the beauty of crystal singing bowls to allow stress and tension to melt away. Connect with your spiritual side, and practice releasing situations or emotions that no longer serve you.
Our Sound Baths unite, honor, and celebrate people of all faiths and backgrounds, encouraging community and oneness through which we experience the love and joy inherent to our inner-most beings. Our sound bath experiences are guided in a trauma-sensitive manner.
