Sound Bath Meditation: De-stress & Deep Rest (Poplar, East London)

Escape the busyness of the week and join us for a soothing 1-hour Sound Bath at the Feldy in Poplar. This is a dedicated space for you to simply be—to lie down, let go of tension, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Crystal Bowls.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, or just enjoy a moment of stillness, this session offers a warm and welcoming environment designed entirely around your rest.

📍 Where we meet: Feldy, 18 Aberfeldy Square, E14 0XA.

🕒 Flow of the evening:

• 7:00 PM: Doors open. Arrive early to get settled and cozy.
• 7:15 PM: Sound journey begins. To keep the space peaceful for everyone, we close the doors strictly at 7:15 PM.
• 8:00 PM: Soft finish and grounding.

💷 Booking & "Carry-Forward" Policy: To ensure everyone who wants a spot can get one, we use a £10 holding deposit to book.

• Your Refund: If you attend the session, your £10 deposit will be refunded to you via Eventbrite within 24 hours (please note the small booking fee is retained by the platform).
• Life Happens! If you can’t make it, just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and we will happily carry your booking forward to a future date that works for you. Please email at [email protected]
• Note: For no-shows without 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

🧘 Your Comfort is Key (What to bring): Please bring a Yoga Mat to lie on, a warm blanket (your body temperature will drop as you relax), and a small pillow if you’d like extra support for your head or knees.

By booking a ticket, you agree to the following for your safety:

1. Health & Safety: Sound meditation is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy (under 3 months) or those with sound-induced epilepsy.
2. Medical: If you have a pacemaker, metal implants, or severe health concerns, please consult your GP before attending.
3. Professional Standard: Facilitated by Kritika Bhargava, IPHM Certified Sound Therapist, insured by Balens.
4. Arrival: 18+ event. Please arrive sober.
