Float on waves of sound to melt away stress and tension while being supported by blankets and bolsters. Surrender to the deeply soothing, all-encompassing musical experience.
Sound bathing is believed to support healing from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and insomnia. It can also deepen meditation and spark creativity by bringing both the physical and energetic bodies into alignment through specific frequencies.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat, a pillow, eye pillow—whatever helps you feel fully relaxed and at ease. We have mats, blankets, and bolsters available to borrow, but they are first come, first served.
