Join us for a blissful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at our Sound Bath Meditation event. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations that will transport you to a state of deep tranquillity.

Experience the power of sound therapy as our skilled practitioner uses a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to create a harmonious symphony of healing frequencies. Let the gentle waves of sound wash away your stress and tension, leaving you feeling balanced and restored.

No prior experience is necessary to participate in this event. Simply bring yourself and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring either a cushion, blanket or a yoga mat to sit or lie on, ensuring your utmost comfort throughout the session (a limited number of spare yoga mats are available if needed).

Date and Time: A 1 hour sound bath on the 3rd Sunday of every month open at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start. First session starts on Sunday 19th November 2023.
