Sound Bath - Sound Meditation, also known as Gong Bath or Sound Journey.
A Sound Bath is a restorative Sacred Sound Concert using a variety of instruments known for their healing frequencies and vibrations. These are carefully selected to lull you into deeper states of being and relaxation. A sonic massage for the mind, body and soul to nourish and clear your energy fields.
Sound Baths have been shown to reduce stress, enhance creativity, uplift the spirit and aid deep relaxation. It slows down your brainwaves, the nervous system and body chemistry to a healing state and guides you into a deep connection within oneself.

Instructions:
Arrive by 7:15 which gives you the chance to settle in and get yourself comfortable (please no earlier as I will be setting up). The session will start at 7:35, No Late Comers. Once the doors have closed we will not stop the session to let you in.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat/gym mat.
- Pillow /cushion ( anything else to help you to get comfortable).
- Blankets/sleeping bag
- Warm socks
- Water or tea for hydration

IMPORTANT:
Not recommended for those in their first trimester due to the delicate nature of this stage in pregnancy.
May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pace markers, metal implants, tinnitus, ear problems, heart conditions or severe mental heath issue.
Please seek medical advice prior to booking. This is adult only event. No alcohol ( please do not consume alcohol before the session).

Cancellation policy:
Tickets can not be refunded. However if you can't attend, please contact us 48hr before to reschedule.
If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstance, you will be issued a full refund.
