What is a Sound Bath?
Various instruments are used including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rainsticks and more. The use and combination of these instruments guide participants into a deep meditative state, enhancing relaxation and creativity. As the sound washes over you, you'll feel the outer world disappear and become in-tune with your inner voice.
What are the Benefits?
There are many benefits of participating in a sound bath! Many people attend to enter deep relaxation or explore and discover their inner-self. Others attend to expand creativity and awareness, or even to cope with negative emotions and habits.
Regardless, benefits include:
-decreased stress & anxiety
-improved sleep quality
-enhanced focus
-stillness of mind & body
-improved sense-of-self
-improved emotional processing
