You are invited to a morning relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath meditation
Sound baths are great for those new to meditation as sounds provide an anchor for your mind to focus on.
During this one-hour session, you'll be enveloped in the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, percussion instruments, and breathing exercises.
These sounds are designed to help you release tension, reduce stress, and achieve a state of deep relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, this is a chance to unwind in a peaceful setting. Come as you are, and prepare to leave feeling refreshed and centered.
10 minutes - arrival and settle in
45 minutes - sound bath
5 minutes - return to now
