About this Event
Melt away stress and immerse yourself in the rhythmic lingering tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and other percussion instruments. Bring a Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, eye mask, a bottle of water, or whatever will make you feel comfortable. This session can be done while lying on your mat or you may also be seated. Optional disposable eye masks will be available.
💛 This class is offered on a sliding scale of $20/$30/$40. Please contribute what feels right within that range. If that range isn’t accessible for you right now, please reach out - we always hold a couple of scholarships for those who need it.
