About this Event
Friday, May 8, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. CT
Join us for a transformative and deeply relaxing sound meditation journey. A brief guided meditation will open the evening, gently leading you into a tranquil inner space for the immersive sonic experience that follows.
You will be immersed in a skillfully crafted, multilayered soundscape featuring the resonant power of large titanium and bronze gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, handpan, didgeridoo, drums, shruti-box, soothing vocals, and more—each instrument intentionally chosen to work in harmony with your nervous system. These carefully layered rhythms and frequency ranges guide you into a profound state of relaxation while gently recalibrating your entire system.
As the sounds wash over you, mental chatter grows quiet, held tension dissolves, and a sense of spacious stillness opens within. This is your invitation to deeply relax, turn inward, and allow the sounds to carry you into an expanded state of awareness. Gather in community with kindred spirits and leave feeling renewed, centered, and deeply connected to the peaceful essence that resides within you.
Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if needed). Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
Marian Kraus is a Transformational Sound Journey Practitioner, born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, and shaped by experiences across three countries, weaving ancient sound wisdom with modern consciousness insights as a certified Gong Master and Level 2 Spring Forest Qigong practitioner. During group events, workshops, and private one-on-one sessions, participants immerse themselves in rich overtones from titanium and bronze gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, drums, vocals, and more. Drawing from his background as a fine-art and commercial photographer—trained in perceiving subtle patterns of beauty and coherence—Marian shapes each soundscape with meticulous attention to harmony that elevates consciousness and dissolves old patterns. As a coach trained in the TED (The Empowerment Dynamic) principles and teachings, Marian’s mission centers on creating spaces where focused frequencies guide participants toward states of calm, clarity, and personal transformation.
