Sound baths are one of the most powerful ways to slow down and reconnect with yourself. As you lie back and let the sounds wash over you, your nervous system begins to settle — leaving you feeling deeply calm, rested and restored.

What to bring: We provide yoga mats - just bring a blanket and a pillow, or a thicker mat if you'd prefer extra comfort.
