This event offers a unique journey featuring a guided meditation moments of self-reflection and a Sound Bath experience that will transport you to a place of profound relaxation.
What to expect:

- Immerse yourself in a Sound Bath session featuring a variety of different instruments singing bowls and gongs each with its own frequency to help you de-stress and find inner harmony.
- Take time for self-reflection allowing you to explore your inner world and achieve mental clarity and balance.

This event is open to anyone seeking serenity stress relief and a moment of deep self-connection. Whether you`re a seasoned meditator or new to the practice this evening is designed to bring peace and calm to all participants.
Who should avoid this workshop:
If you have epilepsy a serious medical condition or are sensitive to loud sounds we recommend avoiding this workshop to ensure your well-being.
What to bring to the workshop:
- A comfortable sheet/shawl to cover yourself during the practice if necessary
- A small pillow for added comfort during the session.
About the Sound Practioner
Mr. Jeet is a sound practitioner & a certified Sound Healer with Singing Bowls from IASH. He is an avid learner and has elevated himself in Sound Healing modality in a short-span. He shares his journey as "much of the healing you experience in a sound therapy is of your own making. "I am only a catalyst for your own change and it’s you who creates the magic of the experience."

Landmark: We are on the 3rd floor of the building that has Simpli Namdharis Fitness First and Tata MD. As you enter the building take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn right. We are towards the end of the corridor.
The travel and parking guidelines as per your chosen mode of transport are given below:
1. 2 and 4 wheelers: Public parking is available 150 meters from the Studio on Sai Layout Road. After taking a U-turn opposite Prestige White Meadows look out for a lane on the immediate left. You can park anywhere on that road.
Once you come out of the lane turn left and walk to the 2nd building to spot the landmarks as given above.
2. Namma Metro : The closest metro station is Hopefarm Channasandra. Our Studio is around 1.9 kms from the station and is easily accessible by autos.
Please arrive 10 minutes early as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience we recommend planning your travel to the venue
and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
