Sound Bath Healing Meditation
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating in-person experience where gentle sounds and vibrations will wash over you, helping to calm your mind and restore your spirit. Step away from the noise and into the quiet, grounded walls of The Flower Bar for an evening of deep restoration lead by Tune In Sound Healing with Cat. While the shop is still and the day's work is done, we are opening the doors to create a "hidden sanctuary" of frequency and light just for you. To ensure your comfort, please bring a yoga mat or a cozy blanket, and an eye mask if you prefer total darkness. Some mats will be available for those who may not have one and wear comfy clothes. We want you to feel completely at home in this hidden garden of sound to soak in the soothing vibes!
