Check-in: 5:30 PM PT. Please arrive by 5:45 PM PT to get comfortable ahead of our 6 PM PT start time.
Format: Donation-based (pay what feels right)
What to Bring: We provide a yoga mat and a blanket. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that helps you relax, such as an eye pillow, socks, etc.
Who It’s For: Absolutely everyone! Newbies, seasoned meditators, and anyone curious about sound healing.
Parking: There is very limited, gated, on-site parking available. Street parking is available. Ride share is encouraged.
Enviroment: To support a peaceful and restorative experience, our venue is smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free.
