About this Event
Time Of Butterflies Mission: Time Of Butterflies creates a supportive community that provides a healing space for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) women.
Vision: We counter the experience of trauma with a sensitive and competent multidisciplinary response. We focus on community building, by providing a space for women to come together. We believe that the best healing happens within a community, and our goal is to provide resources, workshops and events to help improve the quality of life of BIPOC women affected by trauma.
Description: "Sound Bath Healing Circle" is a powerful and inspiring physical and spiritual experience on healing with sound. This workshop is designed to empower and uplift individuals by providing them with sound therapy that incorporates all chakras (energy points in the body).
In this workshop you’ll also learn:
- What are the chakras (energy points in the body)?
- How are the chakras affected by trauma?

Giselle will lead a sound bath for all participants for 45min-1hr using crystal singing bowls.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. During this sound bath Giselle will only use the the crystal singing bowls, which will consist of 7 bowls for each energy point in the body (chakras).
