About this Event
Please come join us Saturday, March 15th for an absolutely electric Backyahd class led by Melissa Pascuzzo! All proceeds from this class will directly go to Boston Police Foundation in support of Cara Corvino's Marathon Fundraising efforts. This class is meant to get a good sweat in before Saint Paddy's, but also just to have fun! Everyone is welcome!

I wish to participate in the group workout offered by BackYahd Boston operated by Transformer LLC.
As a participant, I represent and agree to the following:
1. I understand the nature and purpose of the class and am aware that any strenuous physical activity involves certain risks. I am in good medical condition and health. I have no known medical condition(s) that would prevent me from safely participating in the group workout. I assume the risk of any and all accidents or injuries, which may be sustained by me by reason of or in connection with my participation in this class. I release, discharge, and absolve Transformer LLC, from any and all liability or responsibility for any such accident or injury. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
2. I understand that Transformer LLC is the sole manager and operator of this gym and equipment and that the facility exercises control over the management or operation of the workout and the Equipment.
