Join me for a deeply calming weekly sound bath, offering space to slow down, soften, and reset your nervous system.
These sessions use therapeutic sound from Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a state of deep rest, helping to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance.
I trained in Nepal with a third-generation Master of Sound Healing, learning traditional Himalayan sound healing and Chakra cleansing techniques that inform and shape these sessions. Each sound bath is held with care, intention, and respect for this lineage.

• Stress, anxiety & overwhelm
• Fatigue and burnout
• Emotional release and grounding
• Nervous system regulation
✨ What to bring:
• A mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket, cushion, eye mask
• Water
No experience is needed, simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
