About this Event
It is safe to say that we are all in need of extra support as we slowly recover from eclipse season and the first Mercury retrograde of the year. Join us as we seamlessly weave breathwork, visual meditation, and sound together to create a container of restoration. We will begin with setting our intentions by enjoying a homemade tea steeped with herbs related to restoring our energetic bodies. Once the container is set, we will flow into gentle breathwork alongside a guided visual meditation. We will end with a subtle sound bath of crystal sound bowls and other ceremonial instruments. The purpose of this evening is to bring forth support and restoration within the body so we may carefully integrate all of these major cosmic shifts.

The Venue
Pacha House is both an intimate event venue, vacation rental and wellness collective located in the Historic Highlands Square neighborhood.
Pacha received their doctoral training and certificate in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI) in 2023 accredited through the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), the l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ), and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
After the event feel free to hang out and shop local goods in the Pacha House Bodega, offering products from women-owned Denver based companies such as Velvet Roots Apothecary, Sacred Ace Skin Care, Ritual Brass Jewelry and Lume Candles.
