With a rich background in yoga and mindful movement, Deb weaves gentle breathwork and somatic practices into her sessions, helping participants connect with their bodies and release tension. Drawing on her musical training, she intuitively layers crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments to create harmonizing soundscapes tuned to the energy of the group.
