Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation

Come join us in person at this amazing purpose built music education hub in the city centre. You will be warmly welcomed to this soothing sound bath experience, designed to help you unwind and melt away stress. Let the calming vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle instruments wash over you, guiding you to a place of pure relaxation and calm.

🥣 Begin with 10 minutes of guided coherent breathing to help slow the breath and centre the mind. Then unwind to 50 minutes of gentle soothing musical sounds including gong and healing crystal bowls. You will be brought back from your deep relaxation gently with the chime of Tibetan bowls, giving you time to recentre with a newly balanced brain-body connection.

🎶 A Sound Bath is a full body experience designed to promote deep relaxation in the mind, calming the nervous system and encourage physical and emotional healing.

🧘🧘 Bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, blanket or something soft to lay on and a cushion for extra comfort. Some also like to bring an eye mask.
