Sound Bath to honour Autumn Equinox, a time when day and night are equal. Through the healing power of sound, breath and rhythm, we delve deep within to restore the natural flow of energy through the body-mind-spirit, re-balancing the chemistry of the brain, the nervous and endocrine systems, and releasing chronic stress and tension from the body.It is a meditative experience which creates a state of harmony in the participants, enabling them to release stress and experience an increased sense of wellbeing.
