Sound Bath with Nature Sounds for relaxation, meditation, sleep, stress relief
45mins Sound Bath with Tibetan Metal Bowls, some Crystal Bowls and Nature Sounds - waterscapes!
Join Brian (B) as he plays the bowls for an immersive experience with sound. As a dancer B brings a sense of rhythm to the playing that other healers/players do not have. Let the sound wash over you and the vibrations enter your aura. Leave the stuff of daily life at the door and let this time be just for you to be you. Many people find the sound bath very soothing and do fall asleep. Some people do not fall asleep but find the sound carries them to a relaxed state. Some people find that the sound energizes them. Each person's experience is unique, but no matter what experience you have, know that the sound has benefitted you and your physical and non-physical bodies in ways that may not be perceived at first.
Keeping it simple -
{No added vocalizing, singing, chanting or toning and also no angels, reiki, ascended masters, light healing or other types of modalities. Just the sound of the bowls and background nature sounds.}

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need. Come in comfortable loose clothing and something to keep yourself warm if you find yourself easily chilled. Water for hydration.
