Join Caring Contact for a calming and rejuvenating Sound Bath Experience in the beautifully resonant Patton Hall in the historic First Congregational Church.

A sound bath is a meditative journey where participants rest comfortably while waves of soothing sound encourage deep relaxation. Guided by skilled practitioners using hand drums and singing bowls, gentle movement and meditation, the experience supports emotional balance, stress release, and nervous system restoration.
