Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel cozy. Since this is an evening session, pyjamas are absolutely welcome, so you can jump straight into bed for a good night's sleep when you get home.
This session is not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or individuals with thrombosis. Additionally, if you are prone to seizures, it is recommended to consult your doctor before participating in this sound bath experience.
