This immersive Sound Bath Experience is designed to offer a moment of deep rest for your body, mind, and spirit.

As waves of sound move through the space, you'll be surrounded by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, and gentle vocal frequencies creating an environment that may support relaxation, clarity, and inner calm.

Whether you're navigating stress, seeking balance, or simply longing for a moment to breathe, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.

No experience necessary.

Just arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to receive.

• Yoga mat or zero-gravity chair
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Anything else for your comfort while lying on the floor

Disposable eye masks will be provided.

• Entry is through the left-side door near the sanctuary
• If the door is locked, please knock for entry
• Plenty of free parking is available on-site
• Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled
• Event will begin promptly at 10:00 AM

This is a quiet, meditative experience. Once we begin, the space is held intentionally to support deep rest and relaxation.
