About this Event
Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath Experience hosted at Pura Vida Studio! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments of sound as you lay back and let the vibrations wash over you. This in-person register in advanced event that is the perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Don't miss out on this unique chance to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and find peace within. We will begin at 4pm and doors will be locked during the Sound Bath experience to avoid external sounds so please dont be late. We will share some of what we do, and our mobile sound therapeutic services available to the community afterwards.
What you need to bring besides registering for our Sound Bath Experience:
(arrival by 2:50 for our 3-4PM Sound Bath)
· Wear comfortable clothes
· Yoga Mat
· Small throw blanket/pillow if you prefer to have a little heat or get cold easily
· Open mind to relaxation
