A limited amount of yoga mats, folding chairs, blankets and some pillows are provided. You are invited to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or reclining chair to enhance your comfort and relaxing experience.
A sound bath is an immersive experience of resonant sounds that can relax your body and mind. It is like yoga - without the exercise. Sound baths can benefit those with stress, anxiety, insomnia, and more. You don't have to do anything except relax and listen! Turn off your phone and come to lovingly, consciously engage with the present moment.
