Indulge yourself with the vibrations of sound in a full body blissful relaxing evening treat yourself and give your body and mind the rest it desires.
Crystal singing bowls have many benefits the sound waves help to reduce stress and anxiety levels help improve sleep and relieve pain naturally bringing your normal state to feel a sense of inner peace.
This session will help to align your chakras bringing your body into harmony and balance.
I will guide you into a deep relaxation so you are in a state to receive and allow yourself to just be.
At the end of the sound bath I will guide you to come back and be fully present in the moment we will then share with each other our experiences over a hot cuppa and finally end our evening picking some oracle cards to hear any guidance/messages needed at that time.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the event starting time so you can get comfortable.
Please bring a yoga mat to lay on a cushion for support a warm blanket and of course your lovely self and wear comfortable clothing.

All you will need to do is lay down and get cozy and give yourself permission to go on this sound journey.
Please note: sound baths are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy those with metal implants in the body those with severe mental health conditions and those who have sound induced epilepsy.
Time: 7:30 pm until 8:30pm

45 minute guided sound healing and 15 minutes with a hot drink sharing circle and oracle cards.
