ACCESS DEEP REST AND CALM.Relax, Breathe, Move, Clear the Mind and Release Blockages in the body.
I will guide you through relaxing, gentle yoga accompanied by a live cello from the very talented Emily Young. We'll breathe, move and also break a sweat. Yoga with live music can help you develop a better sense of your body and relax deeply into each pose, keeping the mind focussed.
We'll then be ready for a guided meditation, followed by the enchanted sounds of the gong bath with Katerina. The vibrations from the gong and other instruments can help you slow down your brainwaves and enter a dreamlike state. The gong bath, also known as a 'gong spa', is a sonic meditation that can help you relax and release blockages in your body. You basically smoothly move from relaxing to DEEP RELAXATION.
You might fall asleep and you'll feel like you've been to a different planet and back!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
2.30 - 3.30 We'll start with some breathing exercises and flow through a gentle yoga practice (open to all levels) accompanied by a live cello
3.45 - 4.45 Guided meditation and Gong Bath to take you to a deep relaxation
4.45 - 5.00 Hot drinks and homemade treats will be available to get ready to face the world again :)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your yoga mat
- 2 blocks (let me know if you dont have any)
- Something warm (sleeping bag and blanket or 2 blankets
- a Pillow
- Eye mask
