Sound Bath + Energy Healing Session

Join Adrienne Smith and Beth Budesheim for this event combining a sound bath and energy work. Adrienne will play the crystal bowls and other healing instruments while Beth provides group and one-on-one energy healing treatments. This is a nourishing healing time to relax, unplug, receive, and just 'be'. 

This event is limited to 12 people so that everyone will have the opportunity to receive. If we're at full capacity, we may go over time by 10-15 minutes, so keep that in mind if making other plans.

Additional Information:

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event to leave time to get settled in. Doors will lock promptly at starting time.

This is a residential neigborhood and there is plenty of street parking. Come through the double blue wooden doors on the left of the driveway, into a courtyard. The building entrance is straight ahead. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Bring anything else you need to be comfy.
