About this Event
Join Us for Deep Release & Restoration: A Chakra-Focused Sound Bath Experience
Get ready to release and restore with a truly soothing and deeply intentional one-hour-long, in-person Sound Bath session.
What is the Experience?
Step into a welcoming, peaceful space and allow the calming, resonant vibrations to wash over you. This isn't just relaxation; it's a journey of energetic cleansing and balance.
Using a curated collection of crystal singing bowls, the tones are meticulously played to follow the seven main chakras, starting at the Root and working their way up to the Crown, while combining resonant tones for depth.
- Intentional Release: As the sounds move through each energetic center, they are designed to gently address and help release any stored emotions, tension, or stagnant energy held within that specific chakra.
- Deep Relaxation: The mesmerizing tones and gentle rhythms will guide your body and mind into a state of deep, restorative rest, promoting profound shifts and inner peace.
