notice themselves
About this Event
Are you looking for a place to truly relax, reset and restore your sense of wellbeing?
Sound therapy invites your brainwaves and nervous system to slow down. You will feel the collective wisdom of finding peace in a space with others in order to reach a meditative state. This offers the possibility of healing and joy. In this state we can find answers to issues we are facing as well as giving our bodies and minds deep rest. Renewal and growth as a collective. Julie works with our connection to ourselves, engendering the space to fully commit to the golden energy of self-love and sovereignty, which is our birthright. She has led hundreds of sessions over the years, and the term ‘profound’ has often been used in her feedback. In all of her work, she welcomes you to really notice yourself: you are the gold dust in your own life. Notice yourself….
