This 60-minute sound bath is a chance to slow down, relax and reset.Guided by the sounds of drums, singing bowls and chimes, the session invites you into a meditative state to help ease stress, quiet the mind and step away from the busyness of everyday life.
We’ll begin with a brief introduction and a short breathing exercise before you settle down on your mat and simply listen as the sound unfolds around you. I’ll move through the space, playing the instruments in different positions to deepen the experience.
Most people choose to lie down, but you are very welcome to sit or use a chair if that feels more comfortable. You can move or adjust at any point during the session.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
