Important Details:
• Soft, breathable layers are best—choose clothing that keeps you gently warm during the session, especially in our Minnesota winter. Bare feet or clean, non-slip socks are recommended. Please bring your own mat, blanket, or eye mask for comfort; we have a limited number available if needed.
• You’re welcome to bring a bottle of water, a shawl, or any personal props for extra comfort and coziness.
• Complimentary street parking is available around the building (see photo below).
• Please arrive 11 minutes early to choose your spot.
• We begin promptly—latecomers may miss the opening resonance.
• Phones on silent or airplane mode to honor the soundscape.
