About the Facilitator, Dagmar Sanchez:

Dagmar's journey into sound healing is deeply personal, built from a dedicated practice, research, and learning from other sound healing practitioners. Her approach is rooted in her own experiences and transformative discoveries. As someone who has walked the path of healing herself, Dagmar understands the challenges and growth that come with stepping into this space.

Her practice draws from a rich background in holistic traditions such as yoga, tantra, Reiki, trauma-informed care, trauma release work, and body movement. Over the past few years, she has shaped a unique sound bath practice, one that is grounded, compassionate, and ethical. What sets her apart as a facilitator is her ability to bring together the practical aspects of sound healing with a deeply human touch, making every lesson one of connection, empathy, and real-world application.

She has honed her craft through dedication, trial, and a sincere desire to share what truly works, so you can find your own path as a sound bath facilitator too. Every lesson, every practice, is an invitation to learn in a way that is authentic and aligned with your own healing journey.

This program is built entirely on the facilitator’s personal experiences and discoveries as a sound bath practitioner, offering an authentic and grounded approach to sound healing. Any similarities to other programs are unintentional, as sound healing is rooted in a shared philosophy.

Dagmar’s goal is to help you uncover your own path as a sound bath facilitator, grounded in the real-world practices that have worked for her. This is a course born from lived experience, not imitation, designed to empower you with the tools
