Come join us at barre3 for a rejuvenating Sound Bath experience! Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and unwind in our welcoming space. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to destress and reset. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind. PLEASE BRING
-Yoga Mat, blanket, pillow for under head and/or knees for maximum comfort. You will be laying down for 60 minutes, so bring whatever you need to feel most comfotable!
-Wear comfotable clothing.

**Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and settle in. Unfotunately due to the intimacy of the event, we are unable to let anyone in late.
