As we move through the year, we find time to rest, reset & bask in the beautiful sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.We will draw inwards through gentle breathwork & meditation before settling into a long rest to simply be and receive.
No experience needed, come as you are.
Mats, blankets and bolsters provided.
These run monthly, (usually) the first Sunday of the month, finding inspiration through each of the seasons, lunar cycles and more.
