Sound Bath at VandB

Join Rin, from Tea and Toast Yoga, for an energising evening of storytelling and sound. This soundbath is a nourishing reset - designed to support rest, emotional release, and the gentle blooming of new energy. Expect grounding tones, layered vibrations, and a spacious environment to lie down and let your system settle.

Sound baths are safe for most people, but please note:

• This session includes sustained sound and vibration, which may not be suitable for those with sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or a pacemaker/hearing implant.
• If you are pregnant (especially in the first trimester), consult your healthcare provider before attending.
• We ask that you arrive sober to fully enjoy the experience and we do not recommend drinking alcohol following the event.
