Please arrive at Swinton Spa reception 10 minutes before the session begins, where you will be welcomed and guided through to the sound bath room.

Liz of Sound Healing Magic with Liz offers uplifting sound bath experiences across North Yorkshire, including Swinton Spa, Ripon, Otley, Leyburn, Richmond, Harrogate, Thirsk and Bedale.

Her sessions weave together crystal singing bowls, reiki drumming, gongs and chimes to create beautiful and restorative sound journeys in welcoming spaces.
