What to bring:

Please bring water, a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, and anything else that provides you comfort. Depending on weather, you may want to bring an extra blanket or sweater, and a beach umbrella or hat to provide shade.

Please note, I do not have any extra mats or blankets

The Location:

Address: Main South Parking Lot of Burlington Canal Light House - This will lead you to the parking lot. I have included a screen shot from google maps with directions on where to go. We are located at the end of the beach, closest to the Burlington Canal Lift bridge.

Please note: Because we are outside, there will be noise that we cannot controll. Our goal is to find the calm amoungst the noise, as this is practice for everyday life.
