Sound Baths at SEIKRID are immersive vibrational journeys guided by a rotating collective of deeply skilled facilitators, each bringing their own instruments, traditions, and energetic signature. Sessions may include crystal or metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice, or native and ancestral sound, ranging from deeply soothing and meditative to rhythmic and activating. Sound works through vibration and frequency, gently guiding the nervous system into states of relaxation, coherence, and expanded awareness; an experience supported both by modern science and ancient spiritual traditions. Every sound bath is unique, often guided by a monthly theme, and open to all bodies and levels of experience.
