A Sound Bath is a relaxing meditative experience where participants are bathed in healing sounds.
Attending a Sound Bath can help you unwind relieve stress and anxiety plus giving yourself that time for yourself to shut off the outside world and connect with YOU.
Join Laura Moss from Sound Healing Hearts where she will be hosting a Sound Bath at Deanslade in Lichfield on Sunday 2nd June at 5:30pm for approx 60-90 minutes. Further details below.
Laura is currently completing her Level 2 Sound Healing for Groups qualification. This is reflected in the current price and by booking you are agreeing that you're happy that some events will be recorded photos taken and reviews requested for assessment purposes.
Please note the contra indications below. We do not advise you to attend if any of the following apply if you are unsure please consult your doctor;
- First trimester of pregnancy
- Sound induced Epilepsy
- Suffering with severe mental health issues
You need to arrive by 5:15pm or you will not be allowed in. This is to ensure the class isn't disturbed once started and you have plenty of time to put your things away get comfortable and go to the bathroom if needed before we begin.

- Yoga mat (spares are available)
- Blanket
- Pillow (if required)
- Extra blanket or pillow if you suffer with lower back pain or need extra warmth
