We’ll start with a bit of gentle movement before settling into a position of comfort. The rest of this session will guide you into a frequency sound adventure!
Reminder to bring your own pillow and blanket for added comfort and warmth. Extra mats will be available.
"Sound is everywhere and everything. It is the vibrations that travels in wave forms to greet our ears for hearing. But sound can also be inaudible, like all the subatomic particles that vibrate and make up the earth, all living things and the stars. These inaudible sounds also have a significant impact on our daily lives.
Sound Bowls are made with specific frequencies that are in sync with the rhythms of our natural world. These vibrations assist in realigning our body, mind and spirit, back to a more peaceful, grounded state. Additionally, specific areas of our being may unfold to restore and reset our energy and focus."
