Come join me for a morning Sound Bath & Yoga session, a gentle and nurturing experience that blends soft yoga movements with deeply soothing sound healing to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace.
I’m a certified sound therapy practitioner and yoga teacher from Mysore, India, and I’ll guide you through gentle yoga flows followed by the restorative vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, chimes, and other meditative instruments, along with ancient mantras to calm the mind and soothe the heart.
Open to all ages and levels, this session offers a beautiful way to start the day with a mindful, positive reset, bringing clarity, balance, and calm into your life. The space will be warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Bring your yoga mat, any props or blankets you love, and wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely. Arriving 10–15 minutes early is perfect to settle in and connect with the gentle energy of the morning.
