Come follow Ashley from "Yoga with Intention" through a powerful Yoga session while being surrounded by the sound of healing crystal singing bowls played by Amber Raine of "Raine & Sage"This yoga flow will challenge your body in the best of ways! You are encouraged to modify any poses to ensure this class works for you.
you'll begin class with a few minutes of sound bowls and breathwork to slow your mind and allow you space to become fully present. While you follow Ashley's lead, Amber will elevate your practice with stress reducing/consciousness expanding frequencies from her collection singing bowls. As you enter savasana you'll cool down and reflect as the sound bath concludes.
Everything you'll need for yoga is provided. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
*We do encourage you to bring a water to save on disposable cups.
