Join us for our monthly series, Rooted & Renewed: A Nervous System Reset.
Rooted & Renewed is a sound bath and reiki immersion designed to gently recalibrate the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and guide participants back into embodied presence.
In a culture that constantly pulls attention outward, this session serves as a deliberate return inward — a space to slow down, discharge accumulated stress, and re-anchor into the physical body with stability and clarity.
The energetic intention is twofold:
- Reset – Clear energetic residue, regulate the stress response, and create internal spaciousness.
- Ground – Strengthen connection to the body, breath, and present moment so participants leave feeling steady, safe, and centered.
This session focuses on:
- Rebalancing the autonomic nervous system
- Releasing excess mental and emotional charge
- Strengthening root and lower-body energetic stability
- Restoring a sense of internal safety and coherence
The emphasis is embodiment. Participants are guided to feel supported by the floor beneath them, the breath within them, and the subtle current of energy moving through them.

A sound bath is a meditative experience using harmonic frequencies to help:

What to Bring
Yoga mats and bolsters are available in limited supply. To ensure your comfort, we recommend bringing:

🌿 A blanket and cushion for warmth and support
📖 A journal to capture insights or intentions
😌 A heated eye mask will be provided to deepen relaxation
Please ensure to bring a water bottle. Water, tea, and washrooms are available on site!
