A skilled hypnotherapist, sound healer and Jikiden Reiki practitioner, Reshma will guide a beautiful Sound & Energy Integration Session designed to calm the nervous system and restore harmony.
✨ Sound Healing uses therapeutic frequencies from singing bowls and sacred instruments to regulate the nervous system, slow brainwaves, and gently bring the body back into balance. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations to wash over you.
✨ Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that works through the chakra system to restore energetic balance and promote deep relaxation. As Reiki flows, your body is invited to soften, release and recalibrate.
